Acting as an independent verifier on your behalf, the Building Control Officer ensures that all work complies with building regulations. We can manage this process as your appointed agent, handling all communications and submitting the Building Notice. Before construction starts, the Building Control Officer reviews and approves the plans or requests amendments, which we’ll discuss with you if they affect the project’s design or timeline. Throughout construction, the officer will visit at key stages to inspect progress, and upon project completion, they will issue a Completion Certificate. You will receive an invoice directly from the Building Control Officer for their independent services.
